What kind of training do you use/ type of training do you prefer?
We offer POSITIVE reinforcement training based on scientific methods. We DO NOT use E Collars (Shock Collar), Prong Collars, Choke Chains Etc. We will NEVER use scare tactics or harmful methods to train your dog. Simmone is a member the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and a CATCH Certified Dog Trainer CCDT.
Where are private sessions held?
Private sessions are held in the comfort of your home or location. When your dog is ready for distractions, we can venture outside of their comfort level to parks and other populated areas.
Can all family members be present during the sessions?
Absolutely! We encourage all family members to take part in training! The more consistent the dog’s training is throughout the family, the faster the dog will learn!
Can you assist me into choosing the right dog?
Yes! Choosing the right dog can be a challenge. We can assist you to find the right breed or rescue dog for you and your family!
My dog is 8 years old, can he/she still be trained?
Absolutely, old dogs CAN learn new tricks! We train dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors.
How long are the private/day training sessions?
Most sessions are about an hour long.
